Order not delivered

I ordered a Jeffree Starr lip colour on Thursday. Paid for next day delivery as it is for my wedding this coming Saturday (now 5 days time).

Parcel was out for delivery Friday, didn’t arrive. Out for delivery again Saturday, didn’t arrive. Now apparently “delayed in transit”. I can’t get hold of anyone at EVRI (surprise) and no answer from Beauty Bay on social media, their bot on the website is unhelpful and their phone lines are closed for the weekend.

Now with 5 days until my wedding I don’t have a lip colour, and I am so angry that I paid extra for “next day delivery” that doesn’t seem to have materialised.

Love using beauty bay

Love using beauty bay, so quick and easy to find what you're looking for the touble is having the restraint not to get everything I love. Even started using some of Beauty Bay's own products and I love their bronzer called Fawn it's the perfect warm toned brown without it being orange like so many are.

When they’re good they’re good but CS seems drawn out unnecessarily to me!

I’ve bought from BB a few times and always been pleased with my purchases and the offers they have although this time around I’m having to deal its customers services and whilst they are polite enough they aren’t very timely when getting back to you… appear to be drawing out the issue when all I want to do is return a duplicate order to get my £100 refund. At their rate it feels like this could take some time… still waiting for my returns label which I hope i’ll receive this week… when they’re good, they’re good but when there is a glitch who knows how things are gonna end… will keep you posted…….

Shameless and slow

I am still awaiting the delivery of a product I ordered over a month ago. I have not received any email update or apology and I cannot even track my order on their website. Under status it says 'dispatched', but under tracking it says it is awaiting dispatch. On top of this Beauty Bay is shameless enough to state on their website that delivey delays must be expected due to the passing of the Queen, when the fact is they were already slow with deliveries before this. Take note of all these bad reviews they have and avoid ordering here if you appreciate good customer service.

I emailed 3 times for a refund as I…

I emailed 3 times for a refund as I didn’t get an item, I never got a response or a refund.It was only £9 but not the point. I also paid £10 for a year of next day delivery and one delivery took 3 weeks and one 4 days. Disgusting company.

Love the makeup, not the plastic waste

Dispatch and delivery is usually quick and good, my orders are always correct and there is an amazing range of products. The small samples and free gifts when spending xyz is also a nice touch.

However, there is so much unnecessary single use plastic packaging it's disheartening when attempting to be more eco-friendly while still loving beauty products. I don't believe a makeup brush or eyeshadow palette needs to be packaged in a cardboard box with plastic wrapped around the box.
Also, I'm unsure if this is a mistake or intentional but I think it's misleading to offer a student discount but have a limit on the number of times it can be used.

I always pay for fast next day delivery…

I always pay for fast next day delivery I’m a top member but I have to say I keep having broken pallets arrive and then they are not replaced or refunded or my post gets lost I’ve sent many pictures or confirmation of the lost parcels and I’m starting to get upset now because I’ve used Beautybay for a very long time many years but every time I order of late it is not package right, or something is missing and it’s always broken, BEAUTYBAY do not reply and talking to the bot doesn’t help when you need to sort out missing orders or damaged, and than takes 3 days for that bot to send the message over its now been 3 wks for an order I should have got start of sep at latest, wish I least had an apology email anything but nothing…. For an order that was over £180

Needs a new courier company

This is the second time I’ve ordered from beauty bay and the courier company they use (Evri) has “lost the parcel in transit.”
You should work with with a new courier company because there is so many problems with Evri.
The two stars are only because the customer service was helpful and fixed me with a refund.
